Katherine Long Founder and CEO Katherine drives forward Illustria’s vision of empowering people to make their ideas into a reality. She is a devout believer in design’s ability to transform business outcomes. Prior to Illustria, she was an investor at L Capital, LVMH’s growth equity fund. She has been featured in publications such as Fortune, Entrepreneur, and Yahoo! Finance as an authority on the intersection of design and technology. In her spare time, she goes to the gym and discovers new streets with her dog, Sisyphus. Katherine holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A. in Philosophy from University of Pennsylvania.
Dennis Turbeville Creative Director Dennis oversees Illustria's Creative team and makes sure the work is aligned with Members' goals while encouraging them to think strategically. He specializes in interactive and user experience (but has a soft spot for the smell of fresh ink). When he’s not in the office he’s either chasing around his 2-year-old son, or working on a personal photography project. He has a BFA in Graphic Design from Robert Morris University.
Michelle Park Head of Member Services Michelle oversees Member relations and ensures that Illustria consistently provides the highest value through design. She graduated from Cornell University with a B.F.A. and found Illustria to be the perfect intersection between her interests in business, creativity, and sociability. She loves meeting new people and never hesitates to assert how absolutely amazing her hometown of Texas is and her love for the Dallas Cowboys. She obsesses over The Walking Dead, likes playing soccer, and is currently on a mission to discover the best donut in the world.
Audrey Laine Executive Producer Audrey thrives on creative problem solving and has a passion for synthesizing complex systems. She studied at the School of Visual Arts and holds a B.F.A. in graphic design and a B.A. in art history from Purchase College. Prior to Illustria, Audrey was a designer for clients such as the Grameen Foundation, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Purchase College. She is an avid learner and enjoys nerding out over spreadsheets and Star Wars debates, usually coupled with wild and zealous hand gestures. Audrey also has a nearly limitless supply of fun facts that she likes to inflict daily upon her teammates.
Felix Le Dem Engineering Felix leads the engineering practice at Illustria. After discovering the power of code to solve problems in middle school, Felix decided use his talents to catalyze businesses’ growth. Through Illustria, Felix and his team provide seamless, robust development to our partners. Currently the CEO of Primesyft, Felix was scrum master at the start-up, StreetShares, and worked for Google. He enjoys conversation and intellectual discussions about society. His degree is in Electrical Engineering from McGill.
Nolan Burger Senior Account Strategist Nolan leads engagements with Illustria Members to realize their full growth potential. With a keen ear, and a sharp business mind, Nolan translates the Members’ needs into actionable plans. In his spare time, Nolan practices photography and roasts his own coffee. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in International Relations.
Andrew Tener Product Andrew manages Illustria’s engineering and product practice. Through his time on Wall Street and working at start-ups, he realized his passion for engineering products. Andrew communicates Members’ technical needs to his team and ensures the final product fits Members perfectly. His time outside of work is filled with mindfulness training and meditation. Andrew is President of Primesyft and holds a B.S. in Decision Engineering from Stanford University.
Andrew Bridgeman Digital Marketer Andrew works on Member and internal engagements as Illustria's digital marketer. He excels at translating business goals into actionable funnels. He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a B.A. in Philosophy and a love of competitive sabre fencing. He seems stoic, but don’t be fooled - he’s very eccentric with a penchant for dry sarcasm and observational humor. In his free time, Andrew loves reading, fencing, and hanging out with friends.
